Temp Consultant Open to all levels

As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for a recruiter specialising within the temporary market to help drive our continued success.

As a business, we allow our consultants autonomy and freedom to run their desk the way that suits them, with constructive feedback and guidance.

This vacancy is for a desk with current clients, candidates and active bookings – full training and ongoing support will be provided.

Salary: D.O.E

Location: Hybrid position, working from home and at our Cambridge City Centre Office (Parking available).

Responsibilities:

• Source, interview, and assess candidates within the hospitality sector, including roles in hotels, restaurants, colleges and more.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, understanding their needs and preferences to make successful placements and ensure service levels are impeccable.
• Business development – a key part of the role is to target new business, training provided.
• Managing a robust and fast paced temporary recruitment solution, ensuring a smooth responsive service for both clients and candidates.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in recruitment, preferably within the hospitality industry but we are open to hear from recruiters currently specialising in other sectors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse personalities.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in candidate assessments and documentation.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
• Passion for hospitality and a genuine desire to help candidates find rewarding career opportunities.
