Responsibilities:
- Source, interview, and assess candidates within the hospitality sector, including roles in hotels, restaurants, colleges and more.
- Providing general support to the office, across our 6 desks, especially during peak times of the year.
- Administrative duties, including booking system responsibilities, CRM management of candidate and client details, ensuring compliance and policies are adhered to.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Managing a robust and fast paced temporary recruitment solution, ensuring a smooth responsive service for both clients and candidates.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in recruitment at an entry level is preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in candidate assessments and documentation.
- Proactive attitude and ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Passion for hospitality and a genuine desire to help candidates find rewarding career opportunities.
