Perm Consultant Open to all levels

We are looking to expand our permanent recruitment division.

In this role, you will work closely with our perm recruitment manager, to source and secure exceptional talent for our clients, engaging with current clients and driving new business.

We welcome applicants from a variety of backgrounds. Direct recruitment experience is not essential; however, a minimum of 1 year’s experience in a sales driven role is required.

Salary: D.O.E

Location: Hybrid position, working from home and at our Cambridge City Centre Office (Parking available).

Responsibilities:

• Source, interview, and assess candidates within the hospitality sector, including roles in hotels, restaurants, colleges and more.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, understanding their needs and preferences to make successful placements and ensure service levels are impeccable.
• Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and provide support throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience for both candidates and clients.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in recruitment, preferably within the hospitality industry but we are open to hear from applicants currently specialising within sales in other sectors.
• Business development – a key part of the role is to target new business, training provided.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse personalities.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in candidate assessments and documentation.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
• Passion for hospitality and a genuine desire to help candidates find rewarding career opportunities.
