Job description:

We are currently recruiting on behalf of an award-winning fresh food contract catering business for an experienced and commercially minded Operations Support Manager. This is a key leadership role supporting an established Operations Manager and playing a vital part in driving operational excellence, financial performance, and service consistency across a diverse portfolio of B&I client sites.

This opportunity would suit a motivated operations professional with a passion for premium food service, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to lead and inspire large teams across multiple locations. The role offers genuine scope for long-term career progression within a high-quality, people-focused catering organisation.

Key Responsibilities & Experience Required

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

• Proven operational management experience within high-volume corporate contract catering environments
• Regional/ multi-site experience
• A strong passion for food quality with solid culinary knowledge to support menu development and kitchen standards across multiple sites
• Excellent financial acumen, including budget management, cost control, profitability, and accurate financial reporting
• Experience leading, developing, and mentoring large teams and unit managers across multi-site operations
• In-depth knowledge of Food Safety and Health & Safety compliance
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both operational teams and senior client stakeholders
• Experience supporting service standard implementations, menu launches, or new site mobilisations
