As a CDP within a college environment, you will be flexible, willing to work and adapt to various sections and ensuring that each section is running smoothly.

You will have an exceptional level of standards, willing to go the extra mile, always looking to learn, whilst offering support to the junior chefs in the kitchen.

Role Details:

·Managing multiple sections

·Supporting the kitchen brigade

·Stock rotation and management

·Team development and leading by an impeccable example

·Ensuring health and hygiene regulations are adhered to including HACCAP
